Why different cutting plate holders ?

Bear in mind that the hole in a round hole holder depends on the size of the round cutting plate used.
The maximum size for a round punched hole is:
DHR 20mm round cutting plate holder only max 16mm.
DHR 30mm round cutting plate holder only max 26mm.
DHR 40mm round cutting plate holder only max 36mm.
The Punch&Tool system uses 2 types of cutting plates.
Round cutting plates for round punching .
Square cutting plates that are screwed onto the cutting plate holder with 4 screws.
Cutting plate holders ‘also for stop system’ have a milling on the side with 2x 4mm thread each for mounting the stop plate of the stop system.

The following die holders are available:
- DHR20,30,35, 40 (mm) Die holder for round cutting plates:
The die holder has a hole in the outer diameter of the round die (20, 30, 35, 40 mm) The round die is clamped with a grub screw.
-DHRxx-A
The holder is alternatively available as DHRxx-A with lateral milled recesses and 4 x 4 mm threaded holes so that the die holder can be screwed into the stop plate of the stop system.

- DHF 4040 This holder is designed for the 40 x 40 cutting plate with a thickness of 4 mm.
- DHFA 4040 This holder is suitable for the cutting plate 40 x 40 with a thickness of 4 mm and for the plate stop system
or
- DHF 4060 This holder is for the 40 x 60 and 4 mm thick cutting plate.
- DHFA 4060 This holder is suitable for the cutting plate 40 x 600 and 4 mm thick and for the plate stop system
DHFC DHFCA
- DHFC Cutting plate holder for slit punches and cutting plates 40 x 40 with 4 mm thickness
- DHFCA Cutting plate holder for slotted punches and cutting plates 40 x 40 with 4 mm thickness and suitable for the plate stop system
- DHFC4040 This cross-shaped holder is specially designed for stamps with a very thin thickness.
It is important to ensure that the pressing pressure is absorbed by force, especially in the case of cut plates, as otherwise the cut plate may break through.
