Downholder

Downholder are an important addition to the system. They prevent the punched material from “sticking” to the punch and taking the material with it when the punch is pulled out. Then the sheet can only be loosened by bending the punch back and forth. This in turn causes the sheet metal to bend or the punching to expand.

This can be avoided with the downholder.
Downholder are available in the cut-out sizes SN5 5mm cut-out to S32 32mm cut-out width.
