The punches and cutting plates are made of normal tool steel.
However, they are also available in ST2379 on request. All dies have a cutting clearance of approx. 0.1 mm.
However, if the customer insists on precision-ground punches, the costs are as follows:
- Round punch 36€ / piece
- Square stamp 50€ / piece
- Stamps that have to be manufactured first are charged at 50% of the price.
- Round end stamps are made to order due to the variety, outside of the standard stamps offered.
They are suitable for cut-outs in front panels, e.g. switches, where the switching element protrudes from the front panel as a round part.
These cutting tools are also suitable for ventilation slots.
Delivery times for punches with customised punches cannot be offered with fixed delivery times.
When ordering, you should also ensure that the correct die holders are available for use with the tools.

Tool steel and especially ST 2379 ensure a long service life of the punch and its die. The punches can be supplied with a ground tip. With this tip, the punch can be better positioned in a previously gritted position.
All stamps are supplied with a dimension of approx. -0.1 mm.
All moulds for square holes are now only supplied in flat form with the sizes 40x40 50x80 or 40x80 mm.
